An eclectic spirit, rigorous geometries, and a distinctive retro charm. The Gibson project is a reflection on Cubism, a movement that deconstructs subjects into their essential units, liberating them from any conventional pattern. From this premise arises a modern sofa that serves as an emblem of modular design: a "block" decomposed into elements of varying heights and depths for unprecedented configurability. The sculptural aesthetic never compromises on comfort, as the deep seat features an initial soft-touch layer and consistent polyurethane padding. Much like an island, Gibson becomes a sanctuary from the daily hustle and a crossroads for connection. Its double-sided arrangements create shared moments even in larger open-plan spaces, making it perfect for relaxed domestic environments or formal hospitality settings. An expression of fine Italian craftsmanship, the optional sofa side-stitching simulates the elegant draping of a tailored slipcover. The quilting thus creates a play of subtle tension that evokes the taut strings of a Gibson guitar, the legendary musical brand after which the sofa is named. The experience is completed by the cylindrical headrest bolsters and the adjustable armrests that can be adapted to the backrest.
